    • While I was using it, it sometimes came off (second time), so I thought I'd switch to a PRO which has more durability. It's just that the screw piles are ruined. I'm going to order parts again and use them. I plan to replace it with a new one next. Even if you order what you need, it will arrive right away, so you can use it with confidence.

When the main unit fell off the door and was left unattended for a while to reinstall it later, I noticed later that the parts had disappeared before I knew it, but it was too late. Well, the main unit is also cheap, so when I looked at the sales page asking if I should buy it again, parts were sold, and I am moved and grateful for the company's attitude that is kind to users.

    • Order small parts individually. It's been about 4 months since sesame was attached. At the end of December 2022, I noticed that the parts were missing, so I ordered it in a hurry, and it arrived early in 2023 at the beginning of the year, which was very helpful. Maybe the tightness of the mounting screws was poor, so this time I used a commercially available screw fastener to install it. I'll check back from time to time.
